Ain't nothing slightly cheap in california but trailers. Luckily, a lot of old people spend their last days in mobile homes. Finding a real estate agent who will tell you about it might be tough though, and if you want ANYTHING slightly cheap, you'd do well to act like you don't want haunted. Most people end up selling known haunted for slightly less than usual. Asking for it may raise the price up to normal.
