Sure, you can drive from Ohio to Vancouver. There are roads the whole way. And any freight or moving company can ship your stuff.
But legally moving to Canada isn't that simple. You have to apply, qualify, be accepted. Can take a few years to get through all that even if you are qualified. Check the Citizenship & Immigration Canada website.

only 2400 miles any large moving company can take your things to Vancouver its like moving to Seattle. One small wrinkle go to cic.gc.ca get the info on moving to Canada visa requirements and so on ServiceCanada site has a jobbank of jobs that you can access to see current job listings. The paperwork takes time but is not to difficult. Can do most of it online.

I assume you've looked into legally immigrating and have started the application process?

It's going to be very, very expensive to ship a large load that far.
A car entering Canada may need work to meet Canadian emissions standards. If it is new, it may be subject to import tax.
Do you have your immigration visa already?

are you seriously SERIOUS about this question ... can you not type in mapquest ??? of course you can drive but i question if YOU can cuz you asked this (sorry) stupid question ... here is how you do it, you get in your car with a map and drive ... if your parents belong to AAA get a triptek made up (that will help you) ... and you can ship your furniture but it will cost you more to ship all that stuff than to buy new when you get here ... when i moved to vancouver i called several moving companies and i ended up shipping my stuff on a truck that was not full ... i paid according to the weight of my stuff ... it was more inexpensive than hiring a mover to just move my stuff ... and that is just getting here ... you also need to be able to work or attend school unless you are independently wealthy ...
