The Vancouver-Whistler bus is operated by Perimeter Bus Lines. Rates vary. Check http://www.perimeterbus.com/ for details. Also, Greyhound serves the route for a bit cheaper. You can get their fares and schedules at http://greyhound.ca/.

Or, during the summer months, you can take a rail cruise on the Whistler Mountaineer. See http://www.rockymountaineer.com/en_CA/routes_and_packages/whistler_sea_to_sky_climb/rail_only_whistler_classic_service_2011 for details.

I assume you mean Vancouver B.C. If that is the case, they are fairly close (the 2010 Olympic Winter Games were held in Vancouver, with many of the ski and other downhill events held at Whistler), so you should be able to drive between the two places, or take a bus.

Have you tried typing in "Greyhound bus, Vancouver" in Google?

Drive or take the Greyhound. Although walking is even cheaper.
